Briargrove is approaching its 50th anniversary and today is a residential neighborhood community consisting of 900 single family home sites.  The subdivision generally is bounded by Westheimer, Briarmead, Woodway and Briargrove and is currently composed of nine separate legal sections.  An estimated 3,450 residents live in the neighborhood and the ad valoreum tax base exceeds $225,000,000.  An elected, nine-member board of directors is charged with managing the operational and administrative matters of the property association which includes setting annual mandatory maintenance dues and fees for services, maintaining deed restrictions and establishing architectural guidelines for new construction and remodeling activities.
